In this step, you’ll troubleshoot the machine’s inability to connect to the computer 

2.1 Unable to Connect to Computer-Checking the Emergency Stop Switch

2.2 Unable to Connect to Computer-Checking the Power Light

Check if the machine’s power indicator light is on, which indicates that the machine is powered properly.

When the power button indicator light keeps flashing:

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on the machine to turn it off, then unplug the USB cable and the power cord.

Step 2: Reinsert the USB cable and power cord into the machine.

Step 3: Briefly press the power button on the machine to turn it on. The machine should start up normally.
